This page uses an encrypted connection. Nobody from the office will ever ask you for your password by phone, message or e-mail.

Rooms, residents and money in one place

Allocations, reservations and every shilling received sit on the same record, so the front desk and the office are never reading two different books.

Every entry carries a name

Payments, corrections and refunds are recorded against whoever signed in and approved them. The ledger only ever adds a line — it never quietly rewrites one.

It fits the screen in your hand

The same screens work on a phone at the counter and on the computer in the office, so nothing has to wait for somebody to reach a desk.

Need an account?

Only the owner can invite a new member of staff, and the duties they give you decide what you can open.

Keep your password private. Every payment, booking and correction is recorded against the person who signed in, so sign out when you leave the counter.
